Full Description

This curated coffee is sourced from the Sidamo and Yirgacheffe regions, which are known for producing some of the most sought-after coffees in the world. The combination of high altitude, fertile soil and abundant sunshine creates the ideal conditions for arabica coffee cultivation. Natural processing allows the ripe coffee cherries to dry slowly on raised African beds. This process enables the sugars in the cherry pulp to transfer to the bean, resulting in a cup with fruity tropical flavours characteristic of the region.
