This Brazilian, Ethiopian & Democratic Republic of Congo tri blend offers the ideal Medium to Dark Roast; a bold choice for the eternally curious. While Brazilian coffee is known for its sweet, clean and fruity taste, Ethiopian coffee is known more for its berry and chocolate notes. Congolese coffee is known for clean and rounded profile with black pepper and chocolate notes.

Full Description

This organic tri blend combines naturally processed coffee from two different continents and three countries, resulting in a characteristically fruity coffee with an unmistakably nutty profile. Natural processing means to dry the cherry whole, allowing more of the cherry sugars to transfer to the bean before the skin is removed. This process relies on attentive workers to gently turn the beans periodically as they dry, avoiding bruising which can impact the taste of the coffee.
