Full Description
The pulped natural processing helps to express the best the Brazilian bean has to offer, while the Ethiopian natural processed beans offer a perfect example of the Arabica bean. Natural processing means to dry the cherry whole, allowing more of the cherry sugars to transfer to the bean before the skin is removed. This process relies on attentive workers to gently turn the beans periodically as they dry, avoiding bruising which can impact the taste of the coffee. While Brazilian coffee is known for its sweet, clean and fruity taste, Ethiopian coffee is known more for its berry and chocolate notes.
