Full Description

This Peruvian coffee is a Medium to Light Roast with a dazzling flavour profile. This coffee is surprisingly fruity for a washed variety, with tasting notes of sweet peach juice and sharp lime. An undercurrent of sweet caramel flavours rounds out the flavour profile and keeps it incredibly mellow and calm. The coffee is prepared using the washed method, where the beans are pulped and then fermented before it is washed and then dried on raised beds or drying rooms. It’s a labour-intensive process that results in a refined and clean flavour profile.
